MTNL Mumbai has started a great initiative for customers who have surrendered MTNL service in the past. This offer is applicable of Landline / Broadband & FTTH customers who hve surrendered in the past due to any reason.
Under this offer customer will get 1 months of free service which they have surrendered. For example if a customer has surrendered landline connection he will get landline service free of cost for two months and if a customer has surrendered Broadband connection he will get Broadband service free of cost for one months.
The scheme is applicable from 01 November 2018 to 31. December 2018.
How to avail this reconnect offer ?
Interested customers have to visit MTNL customer service centre in the area where the customer wants to take the connection. They require to fill a form and documentation as per existing rules. and the service will start free for two months. MTNL will not charge a single penny for this one months. And after one months if the consumer does not give a letter/ application to discontinue service they will be charged.

The customers will be given the plan which they have surrendered. If its a closed plan than the nearest plan wil be given. For example the customer has 599 Broadband plan which is closed now. hence the customer will be given Plan 600 free for two months. After two months he will be billed for Rs. 600 plan.
