BSNL 99 Broadband Plans.& 199 plan and the hidden terms and conditions

After aggressive mobile tariffs to counter Reliance Jio, BSNL: has launched some competitive Broadband Plans.

The New plans are only for  new customers.

Explosive Broadband Combo plans by BSNL

●Rs.99/~Upto 20 Mbps till 1.5GB/Day (45GB data per month)

●Rs.199/~Upto 20 Mbps till 5GB/Day (150GB data per month)

●Rs.299/~Upto 20 Mbps till 10GB/Day (300GB data per month)

●Rs.491/~Upto 20 Mbps till 20GB/Day (600GB data per month)

 In all the plans Speed reduced to 1Mbps after daily data consumption. And the good part is all the plan includes unlimited calling from landline too.

The biggest drawback is the customers can stay in the plan only for 6 months, after 6 months they will be migrated to regular plans. And these plans are not for existing customers. So if are a existing BSNL customer you cannot migrate to plan 99, or plan 199 or plan 299 or 491.

Surprisingly we could not find the same in BSNL website. A lot of customers also informed that they could not find the information in website. Also the twitter handle @Bsnlcorporate did not shared any link. A lot of old customers are quite furious with these offers as they are getting very limited data compared to these plans.

Also the free calling feature is not available to old BSNL customers. BSNL should consider old customer for such offer.

Some Users comments are as follows

After I hear this plan.I go to nearest @BSNLCorporate exchange they said that we have not any plan like this

Why only for new customers. Why not extend for existing customers

Where full detail are posted? Nothing found in net

Details are NOT here. Terms & conditions, at least LINK TO WEBPAGE IS NOT GIVEN! Deficiency. In digital age, why should we need to travel to CSC during working hours ?Often local CSC doesn't even know details about new offers.

They making fool of old customer

What about old customer ?? Please give unlimited call on any broadband combo plan start from 249₹ ... or give 250 calls free if you fear unfair use of landline

Once u subscribe for bsnl, nothing new for u ;
