BSNL 20 Mbps Broadband Plan 299 & 491 that is selling like HotCakes.

BSNL has launched two broadband plans which are selling like hotcakes. these plan are Plan 299 and 491.

In Plan 299 One can get speed of 20 Mbps till FUP limit of 50 GB data and after 50 GB data are finished the speed falls back to 1 Mbps. BSNL is also offering unlimited calling to local and STD numbers of India.

On the other hand plan 491 is aimed at users with higher data requirement. In this pland a customer will get speed of 20 Mbps and FUP limit is 120 GB. After 120 GB data is consumed speed reduces to 1 Mbps.

The offer is valid till 25 March 2020. With these attractive broadband plans BSNL will give a tough fight to Reliance Jio and Airtel Xtreme and cable service providers.

The data benefits are a period of 6 Months after the date of booking. After 6 months the customers of Plan 299 will be migrated to plan 399 where they will get a speed of 8 Mbps with 2GB data per day. and after 2 GB is finished the speed will be 1 Mbps unlimited.

similarly 491 plan customer after 6 months will be migrated to plan 499 plan where they will get a speed of 8 Mbps with 3 GB data per day. and after 3 GB is finished the speed will be 1 Mbps unlimited.

MTNL Broadband to MTNL FTTH Migration.

MTNL Mumbai unit has launched a new scheme under which MTNL broadband (triband) customer can migrate to MTNL FTTH connection. Why ? MTNL broadband/triband offers speed of 6 Mbps/ 8 Mbps etc. with the increasing number of devices the speed is not being adequate so in a need for speed FTTH seems a better alternative. Because MTNL FTTH offers good speed. Plan are starting from 50 Mbps besides there are 100 Mbps plans. also free calls are in the plans. First Rule The customer building must be fibre enabled by MTNL. that means if the place/building where the customer resides is FTTH ready. ( in case the building is not fibre ready that customer can contact nearest MTNL office with request if there is bulk customer or some good number customer than MTNL will enable the building with fibre service soon) Point 2- The number will change from your existing number e.g If you have a number 282XXXXX. New Director of Finance appointed in MTNL

Mr. Milind Vijay Joshi has been appointed as the Director Finance in Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited. Mr. Milind Joshi was the Regional Director in Southern Region of Air India Limited. The interview for the above post was held on 15.06.2018 where total 3 applicants applied for the said post. the other applicants beside Mr. Joshi were Mr. Anirudh Prasad Singh, GM Finance MTNL & Mr. Ghanashyam Prasad Verma, Sr. GM BSNL. BSNL Modem Revised charges.

Good news for BSNL broadband/VDSL customers. BSNL has revised the charges of its modem for its broadband and VDSL customers. Now a customer has the option to take modem from BSNL is two ways. 1.Modem Purchase. 2. Rental method. If you want a modem only to connect with your PC or laptop you can go for ADSL Basic Modem. It will cost you Rs. 1400 to purchase and if you want to rent it, it will cost Rs. 70 per month If you want a wifi modem it will cost you Rs. 1250 , if you want the same modem through rent you have to pay Rs. 110 per month Similarly VDSL wifi modem will cost you Rs. 325- the rental of which is Rs. 150. But do keep it mind that if you want the modem through rental method you have to pay a security deposit of Rs. 500. Which is refundable when you close the connection.
