There was a social media uproar when a customer named Pooja requested for a particular religion customer representative for her complaint and the representative assigned to her was from that religion. This created a lot of controversy .
In reply to these Allegations Airtel made an official clarification. Which is as under.
The end part is just like Film Wednesday where the official spokesperson dont disclose their name as it might indicate a bias towards a particular religion.
