BSNL 18 unlimited data, voice pack

The Government Telecom operator Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has introduced special tariff voucher of Rs 18 which offers unlimited voice calls, unlimited video calls and unlimited data having validity 2 days. 

BSNL has launched the STV on the occasion of 18th BSNL foundation day for its all prepaid mobile customers. BSNL was founded in 2000 from Department of Telecommunication whereas the other state owned operator MTNL was created in 1986.

 This pack 18 has validity of 2 days.
Unlimited data for 2 days with condition of 1.8 GB data per day. If any customer consumes 1.8 GB data a day his/her speed will be degraded to 80 Kbps.
Customer can make unlimited local and STD calls.
This is  a limited period offer valid till 18th October 2018.
In addition to the above pack 18 BSNL has started giving free amazon prime to broadband customers.  Offer is available for customers on Rs. 399/ and above mobile postpaid or Rs. 745/- and above landline postpaid plans.

Jio has overtaken Vodafone India to become the second largest operator by revenue.

The newest operator in India Reliance Jio has overtaken Vodafone India to become the second largest operator  by revenue in the Indian telecom market. Last quarter it goes past Idea it become the third largest operator by revenue and within three months it has dislodged the number two operator. So the new ranking as per revenue is as under Airtel Jio Vodafone Idea BSNL It is assumed that the merger of Idea and vodafone will be completed soon.
