MTNL and BSNL  has started its VRS scheme for employees. The VRS window started on 4 November 2019. And employees are on average getting 15-20 lakhs as VRS exgratia amount. The highest amount is slated to be Rs. 90 lakhs. BSNL Voluntary Retirement Scheme Details In BSNL, after the VRS window closed total 78,569 people have opted for VRS of BSNL. After the VRS there will be 70000 employees will be in service in Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited. MTNL  Voluntary Retirement Scheme  Details And after the final window ended on December 3 2019 Fourteen thousand three hundred and seventy eight (14,378 )employees have opted for VRS. The initial target was 13,650 employees.
